Selection of printed components
Functional markings
Legends, icons, indicators and warnings
Commercial branding
Logos and product identification
Durability
Wear resistance for handled parts
Repeatability
Consistent results across batches

Two processes. Different strengths.

Both pad printing and hot foil printing are used to mark moulded components. The best method depends on geometry, surface finish, durability requirements, and the type of finish needed.

  • Pad printing — best for complex geometry, recesses, curves and multiple colours
  • Hot foil printing — best for flat/raised areas, premium metallic finishes and high wear resistance

If you’re unsure, we’ll help you confirm suitability before production.
